hey readers...for your info... from tomorrow onwards.. exactly at 8.30am.. i'll embark on a journey.. an intense one... a journey that will either make or break... i'll be going through the in camp "focus" training for exactly four days.. before leaving for Hai Doung, Vietnam... with only four days left.. i'll have to polish my routine.. make sure that they are consistent.. start focusing for the competition itself.. and of course.. to remain positive and push aside every negativity... furthermore... since this is my last major competition for year 2009.. and before i serve the nation..(next June probably).. i am going all out for my GOLD... i wish to end year 2009 with a good note.. and of course with a boom.. or should i say boomz... winning this gold will be like a belated birthday present for me.. dear readers... i really am in need for your beautiful prayers.. hopefully with them... the fight for GOLD will be much easier..
