hmmm...the ride back home was the sex.. we rode our babies in the heavy pouring rain.. the raindrops went extremely hard on us.. as though.. poking pins onto our body... visibility level was zero.. all we could see were.. red colour lights from cars and traffic lights... then...... a mishap took place.. one of our crank arm and pedal gave way.. it flew from the side to the middle of the road.. luckily.. thank god.. there were no approaching traffic... we stopped at the side of the road.. as they assessed the situation... like a hero from the Disaster and Rescue Team... i went to retrieve it.... fix it back on.. continued our extreme ride.. overall... it was fun and wet... hahaha... til then.. with much love.. newagedazri... hmm...after.... looking for the cheapest flight ticket.. walking in and out of the travel agency.. waiting for the confirmation of travel visa for weeks.. talking and arguing with the customer service provider.. knowing that the flight only allows one luggage.. finally.. going hard against each obstacle.... he's on his way back home to Roermond, Holland... now.... we're sure gonna miss him.. like.. so much... because.. who's gonna hit my forehead when i "salam" him.. who's gonna steal my diet food.. who's gonna make funny and idiotic expressions.. who's gonna treat us Roti Prata after trainings.. who's gonna chill with us at Mukmin before gym sessions.. who's gonna do another stuntman act with us.. who's gonna motivate me when i am down and apathetic.. simply.. who's gonna say those words... or... actions that make me and the rest smile.. but never mind.. we would be here.. waiting and praying for his safety... to him.. hope you have fun being a "papa cute".. you owe us a "dhalsim" move eh... till then.. with much love.. newagedazri... today's post may be a subjective and sensitive issue..so pardon me readers.... here i am writing this to let out what has been inside me... the thing is.. this matter have been affecting me.. or rather us.. every now and then... we being treated second class.. looked down upon.. occasionally when we kindly help out.. we don't even get a "thank you".. even though we did it out of our own willingness.. their little words of appreciation would go a long way.. anyone would certainly feel good with that.. is it so hard to say "thank you"... we just don't get it... furthermore... they are always waiting for us to make a mistake.. waiting for every little chance to "eff" us.. up..down..left..right.. or.. when we are right and innocent.. they would cunningly twist our side of stories.. to make us be at fault.. honestly... let me say this.. we sincerely apologize.. if we have made any mistakes which caused you to treat us like these.. we still want to make things work... till then... with much love.. newagedazri... hmmm...if last week we went on road... today... was off road time... nestled in thick.. lush greenery of Tampines park.. lies a new gravelly mountain biking trail... the repeated climbs.. unexpected "U" corners.. "s" down slopes.. multiple- switchbacks on the "teletubby knoll ".. jungle section with obstacles.. makes it a track suitable for professionals.. and getting-injured-junkies.... hahaha... was riding at a high speed.. and was intensely focused.... but... nearly lost my fatherhood.. as the front tire got stuck in the mud.. as we were going down slopes... fell thrice as i didn't expect those sharp "U" corners to come... luckily escaped with only minor scratches on my leg... went home with my Gary Fisher covered in mud.. it looked like a tank coming back from war... took me two whole hours to clean it.. and be tuned for another ride... overall it was "extremely" fun... as i felt the adrenalin rushing through my veins... and i was an off road virgin too... hahaha... i would certainly wanna go there again.. but i'll have to find someone who is kind enough.. to scrub my bike after a ride... hahah... till then... with much love.. newagedazri... hmm...yesterday... was a great start for my school holidays... 19 "soul ridas" went for the round island ride.. against the.... gushing winds blowing against our faces.. cold shivering.. consistent awful cramps.. fear of not completing.. tube bursting.. empty stomachs.. numb fingers.. super steep long never-ending hills.. squeaky footwear.. sudden knockout.. we managed to cycle through... bedok marine parade fort road kallang esplanade drive newton vivo city keppel redhill pasir panjang telok blangah west coast queenstown commonwealth bukit timah clementi jurong east boon lay pioneer choa chu kang lim chu kang old lim chu kang jalan bahar jalan bahtera kranji woodlands mandai yishun yio chu kang seletar jalan kayu sengkang hougang old tampines road tampines bedok...... and completed a 100+/- km ride... even though it was super tiring... however to me.. it was the best-est ride ever.. because... it takes a truck load of ego.. a pinch of fitness.. some pep-talk.. plus a Gary Fisher Hard-Tail bike.. to beat an egoistic guy with a road bike...
