Holy Month

it is so amazing people...i stayed at home over the whole weekends.. i must say that.. my time at home was well spent.. waking up late in the evening.. late as in 3pm... facebook-ing.. blogskipping.. downloading movies.. by the way.. my attachment or SIP at Singapore Turf Club is ending soon.. suddenly i just wish that it would never end.. like real.. hahah.. i mean put aside.. the waking up early in the morning.. and the long journey towards Kranji.. the people there are so fun to be with.. that very place has taught me many wonderful stuffs.. that i truly feel couldn't be found elsewhere.. everything that has a beggining.. has an end.. never mind.. i'll just cherish the knowledge and memories i got from there.. it is more exciting with horses.. you know.... before i forget.. the holy month of Ramadan is back.. let me take this opportunity to extend my warmest wishes to the Muslims in S'pore and around the world.. for the non-muslim readers.. allow me to share what Ramadan is all about.. Ramadan is the month in which Muslims believe that the Holy Quran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad.. it is therefore.. the time where Muslims reflect upon wisdom and guidance that comes with faith.. not forgetting the responsibility that human beings have for one another and to God.. it is also a festive time where families gather and meals are shared.. Ramadan is also a time of intense devotion and reflection.. Muslims fast during the day and perform Terawih prayers in the night.. bringing themselves closer to God reciting and listening to the entire Quran over the course of the month.. i wish every Muslims a blessed month as you welcome the beginning of Ramadan.. may God's peace be upon you till then.. with much devotion.. newagedazri... hmm...so ya... i am finally back here posting.. haha... nothing great or exciting has happened.. except that.. i've found a new love.. her name is "sexy-wendy" (p.s a watch) hehe... ooh.. i just can't bear to leave her.. even for a few second.. honeymoon period i must say.. hahaha... the way she moves right.. makes me wanna groove you know.. and.. she even look super sleek and elegant... by the way.. i was at town area just now.. specifically walking down the orchard road.. doing some retail therapy.. and guess what.. for once... i felt as though i was in another country... a foreigner i must say... no offense but.. gosh... "Pinoys" were all over the Ngee Ann City area... drinking.. dancing happily to the songs of the street busker.. who coincidentally happen to be their kind.. and to make things worse.. some were even smooching with their "Batman".. home away from home or what.. hahaha... okay readers.. that is all for now i'll be back with a better entry.. i need to spend more time with Love... hahaha.. till then.. with much joy.. newagedazri... ermmm...so ya... i am finally back from one of the World Heritage Cities, Melacca, M'sia.. allow me to briefly describe what happened.. over the weekends.. me and the rest of the SIL-ART team had some demonstrations over there.. three demos in a day in total.. the first one was a total flop yet it was still funny.. imagine you are in the arena.. waiting eagerly to perform.. when suddenly.. the wrong track was played.. we had to skip the new routine.. and continued with the old one.. it was all thanks to me.. for burning the wrong track to the CD.. thousand apologies mates.. soon after the morning flop... we returned back to the hotel... luckily coach was not angry... we even joked together about the reactions on everyone's face when the track was played.. while everyone went to rest and did their stuffs.. i was busy re-writing the CD with the right track.. this time around.. i made sure that everyone was there to witness me burning the right track.. when the track was finally ready.. we began to prepare for our evening demo and headed for the performing ground again... hmm... the evening demo was great... certainly better than the morning one.. but still... we weren't up to standards... the sun was not on our side... scorching malayan heat i should say... last but not least... it was time for the final show of the trip... with much rest and motivational videos from Silat.tv... we psyched ourselves up.. wanting to prove our individual best... not to the crowd... but to ourselves.. at the backstage of the Grand Ballroom in the trade center.. we warmed ourselves up with the new routine over and over again... not forgetting with regular jokes in between... and soon... we were back on stage.. performing.. one by one steps of the new routine accompanied with the right track was completed.. everyone was so enjoying their time on stage that they began to step things up... once the routine was completed.. we went ahead and took a bow... that was when we received great cheers and applause from the audience... even though... overall the last demonstration was the best.. we still manage to pin point some minor errors in our routine which are very important... next day... was touring time... went around the city... in and out of shops.. and indulge ourselves with the local delights.. after all of that was done.. we packed and made our way back to S'pore... that was all for the trip.. next up.. 9 Aug.. another demonstration.. this time at the museum.. do make yourself free and come down with your loved ones to support us... with much love.. newagedazri...
